How to Make the Best Vegan Blueberry Protein Muffins






1️⃣ Prep & Preheat

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease.

2️⃣ Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In a bowl, mix mashed banana, plant milk, maple syrup, flax egg, vanilla, and melted coconut oil.

3️⃣ Combine the Dry Ingredients

  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
