🛒 Ingredients

  • 200g smooth Biscoff spread
  • 130g rolled oats (blended into a fine flour)
  • 150g vegan dark chocolate (chopped)
  • 1–2 tablespoons coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Crushed Biscoff biscuits (optional, for topping)

👩‍🍳 How to Make These Irresistible Truffles

1. Make the Oat Flour

Add the rolled oats to a blender or food processor and blend until they reach a soft, flour-like texture. This will help bind the truffles while keeping them naturally gluten-free.

2. Form the Dough

In a mixing bowl, stir together the Biscoff spread and the oat flour. Mix until you get a thick, sticky dough that holds its shape when rolled.

3. Shape the Truffles

Scoop out small portions of the dough (about a tablespoon each) and roll them into smooth balls. Place them on a baking sheet or plate lined with parchment paper.

4. Chill to Firm

Pop the truffle balls into the freezer for 30–40 minutes. This makes them easier to dip in chocolate later.

5. Melt the Chocolate

In a heat-safe bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate with the coconut oil (if using) using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts. Stir until glossy and smooth.

6. Coat the Truffles

Using a fork or skewer, dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, letting the excess drip off. Place them back on the parchment-lined tray.

7. Garnish

Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle each truffle with crushed Biscoff biscuits for that golden crunch and extra visual flair.

8. Set and Serve

Refrigerate until the chocolate shell is firm. Then, serve and watch them disappear one by one!
