✅ ½ cup celery, diced

✅ ¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
For the Creamy Buffalo Dressing:
✅ ⅓ cup vegan mayo (or plain dairy-free yogurt for a lighter option)
✅ ¼ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot is perfect!)
✅ 1 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
✅ 1 tsp garlic powder
✅ ½ tsp onion powder

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
1️⃣ Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2️⃣ Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
3️⃣ Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Buffalo Dressing
1️⃣ In a bowl, whisk together vegan mayo, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Adjust heat by adding more or less hot sauce.
